Savage Gear SG8 1000 FD

A reel designed from scratch, with specifications all new, Savage Gear with this SG8 wanted to upset the market for reels giving a shake to the competition. The rotor and body are made of carbon reinforced composite material, making it strong, durable and lightweight. The new clutch system called Friction Control is sealed and uses carbon discs to improve durability and controllability even under high mechanical and thermal stress. The 10 +1 stainless steel ball bearings ensure smoothness and reliability over time even with very heavy use. The spool with a rubber coating in the central part eliminates the need to make a bottom with the monofilament before winding the braid. A reel that has captured all the needs of fishermen.
