A 2-piece high-modulus carbon fishing rod for squid fishing with boat tatakis. Constructed with a progressive parabolic action shaft with an excellent reserve of power, this action serves to avoid tearing the squid tentacles during the recovery phase, many times in fact you tend to fish with rods that are too rigid you tend to force too much literally tearing the tentacles. The Tica Wasabi is built with offeset graft to maintain the progression of the action and an unparalleled toughness, managing to lift 5 kg of ballast when dry, an absolute record for this type of rod.
The usable weight capacity has a very wide range from 80 to 200 grams. The handle is in high-density EVA for maximum grip in all conditions with a screw-on reel seat plate. The Pacific Bay Low Rider branded ringing avoids tangles as much as possible by using upright braids with a dense and well-distributed scaling throughout the blank. An extremely high quality, maniacally finished rig at an affordable price.
The total green look is apt and very beautiful to look at with bindings also in a slightly darker green to create a small chromatic break to avoid making the rod monotonous.
