Shipping and Returns

Marco Sport by Mampreso Marco delivers throughout Italy, excluding Vatican City and the Republic of San Marino. Delivery will not be made to the following territories:
Marco Sport by Mampreso Marco delivers both to the address provided by the customer and to collection points indicated at the time of purchase.
For deliveries within Italy, shipping is generally completed within 2–10 business days or, if no delivery date is specified, within the estimated timeframe indicated during checkout and, in any case, no later than thirty days from the order confirmation.
For European Union countries, delivery will be completed within 3–12 business days and, in any case, no later than thirty days.
If delivery is not possible, the order will be sent to the local depot. In this case, a notice will specify the location of the order and the procedure for arranging a new delivery.
If you are unable to be present at the delivery address at the agreed time, please contact us to arrange a new delivery date.
If delivery cannot take place for reasons not attributable to us within thirty days from the date the order was made available, we will assume the contract is terminated.
As a result of termination, the amounts paid will be refunded, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from the choice of a different delivery method than the standard one offered) without undue delay and, in any case, within thirty days from the contract termination date. Any return transport costs resulting from contract termination will be borne by the customer.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country of the goods.
