The Hybrid Wide Gape hook is based on the classic Kinryu Maruta paddle pattern - a very popular hook shape. The tip is slightly recessed to quickly create a secure hook every time. This, combined with an ultra-sharp tip, forms a formidable hook pattern. The eyelet is angled 15 degrees inwards to rotate the hook very quickly, and with the addition of heat shrink tubing makes it even more effective. This is an undisputed model for modern fishing.
