The Daiwa BG Black is a front clutch reel, the first of the BG series that uses light & tough technology that makes the whole reel much more manageable and compact but at the same time durable. The reinforced aluminium body guarantees absolute resistance in combat, but not only that, the clutch fitted is also adequate, as a carbon automatic tournament drag clutch is inserted, the carbon discs of this clutch prevent overheating during the hardest combat and maintain impeccable fluidity, finally it comes with an anti-salt treatment that protects the components. This reel is perfect for light spinning fishing in the sea and fresh water to catch bass, black bass, pike and large trout.
