Supercrush Banoffee is easy to prepare. Pour the contents of the bag into a sufficiently large round bucket, add about 2 pints of water and mix thoroughly, then allow the mixture to stand for 30 minutes, during which time the water will be fully absorbed. Then use a pasture sieve to remove any lumps and create a uniform consistency.
