The Penn Conflict inshore is a rod with an offset handle made entirely of carbon for sea fishing for predators such as sea bass and bluefish. It has an almost unrivalled quality-price ratio compared to competitors, thanks also to the use of X-wrap technology which significantly strengthens the carbon making it very resistant without affecting sensitivity and lightness.
