The HT-100 clutch is very modular and reliable even in very hard fights with large fish. To facilitate the launch is mounted a precise and easy to use magnetic brake on the right side and the classic mechanical brake on the left side. The thread slide is made of hard stone to avoid overheating monofilaments or braids. A very powerful casting reel with a low profile, easy to grip and comfortable to fish with, Penn has once again succeeded in creating a robust reel with anti-corrosion treatment very reliable with an attractive look that can be used both in fresh water for spinning large predators such as pike and catfish and in the sea, both for spinning and for light trolling or vertical jig.
