Penn Tidal 8000 LongCast

Incredibly strong and lightweight big pit reel designed for long distance casting. The body is made of XRC carbon for maximum lightness.

CNC machined metal gears for maximum strength and precision and 7+1 sealed ball bearings that contribute to the smoothness of the reel. The clutch is the now super-tested HT-100 with sealed carbon discs with quick drag.

Also new is the line stowage system inside the spool, X-Slow Leveline technology that allows the reel to achieve more than 50 line windings per single spool swing. This allows for flawless line stowage inside the spool which facilitates casting.

Supplied with 2 separate line reducers that can be attached to the spool to help you use less line on each reel.
