A timeless Yamashita squid lure, the Egi Sutte R, used by all cuttlefish and squid fishermen, is a tried and tested lure that always delivers results in any condition. The 2.5 size is used for both boat and shore fishing. It comes in many colours and always with a glow base colour, to give its best even in low light conditions.
The egi always has a 45° angle in the water, allowing it to stay close to the bottom without getting stuck, giving it a sinuous and very stimulating movement to induce cephalopods to attack.
