Surfcasting is a fishing technique that is done in salt water from the beach, harbors, piers and river mouths.
The surfcasting fishing rods can be in 3 pieces and telescopic with tubular or solid tip, fixed or interchangeable tips. The lengths can vary from 3.6 meters to 4.8 meters, the most used are the 4.2 and 4.5 meter rods with a casting casting from 80 to 200 grams.
